Christmas Appetizers recipes

The first base for our appetizers are the blinis, they look like small hotcakes and that is what they are, they are salty that are served for the preparation of smoky fish, or fish eggs, they are very delicate and they are a perfect complement for the strong tastes of smoky salmon and the Lumpo eggs, and they are as easy to make as regular hotcakes, you can make the beforehand , just freeze them and remove them the day you are going to use them.

The second base for our appetizer is rye bread, this bread goes really great with smoky salmon and with the fois gras, what I did was to chop it on squares or circles  and I toasted it in the oven with olive oil and done, super simple, then we have to bases ready, now here are the recipes of the blinis and the components that we are going to add in each appetizer.
