Basic Crepe Mix

The crepes, they are basic mix with a million uses, that's why this week I share with you how to make the basic crepe mix, you'll see it's super simple and mega delicious.

I particulary like the sweet crepes, but as you can imagine I tend to like sweet things, I love having crepes and fruits for breakfast, with ricotta cheese or jam, mmh, they are really good, and the best thing of all, you can make the mix the night before, leave it on the fridge and it's ready for next morning, crepes for breakfast.

Don't you have a crave for them now? you'll see they are really easy to make, you just have to be carefull when adding the amount of mix to the pan, they are crepes, not hotcakes, the first one is going to be horrible, the second one will be perfect, you'll see. By the now the video is available only in Spanish, I am working to solve the technical problems that have arisen, the video will soon be available in English.

    4. Repeat the process until you are out of mix.

Hola, Vanessa.
