Candied Pumpkin

We welcome autumn, the days become shorter and the ground dyes orange, this season offers us fruits and vegetables dressed on the same colors, dark and powerful. Today we’ll learn together how to male this delicious typical  Mexican dessert, Pumpkin in Tacha, called that way because of the recipient it is made, it is very simple to make and only uses 5 ingredients, and it is ready in less than 30 minutes, It was my first time making it, and it was really tasty and easy to make, so today I want to share this recipe with you.

This sweet that is made mostly on “Dia de muertos” in November is autumnally, the pumpkin, even if it not my favourite vegetable is super nutricious and the piloncillo and the guava add a really tasty touch.
