Spaghetti Vongole

 The heat returns after this holiday season, the winter is gone, to make way for the warm days, which is why today I want to give you a light, fresh and quick option to prepare the lunch or dinner, spaghetti vongole or clams are delicious and easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes, you'll have a great meal to share with your family and friends. Pasta drenched in butter, white wine, a touch of garlic and parsley, topped with clams, what else can you ask for, an almost instant dish, a classic Italian dish, you can add a touch of freshness if you include some chopped fresh tomato chunks. 

Spaghetti Vongole 

A classic Italian cuisine straight to your table in less than 30 min.


  • 250 grams of cooked pasta (spaghetti) 
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen clams 
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/4 grated onion 
  • 1/2 cup white wine 
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley 
  • Pepper to taste 
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Tip: If the clams are not completely open at 15 min, give them a few more minutes, discard those that are closed after that.

Yield: 2 servings
