The Spring is coming and desserts with fresh fruits begin to appear in our repertoire, but what about those fruits that we have stored in the fridge, today I'll teach you how to harness those fruits to make a delicious and healthy raspberries and peaches crumble, we will use fresh and frozen fruit to create a dessert that your family will love, especially if you have children, it’ll be a success.
This dessert combines the acidity of the raspberry with a soft peach flavor, add to that oats, almonds and maple syrup and you’ll get a delicious crumble, that if crowned with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, I bet it’ll draw a big smile on your face.
