Lemon Tea Hot or Cold

 Making Tea can be a science, a good tea is hard to achive, it requires patience and a bit of dedication, today I share with you my foolproof recipe to make this delicious drink, whether hot or cold, it's ideal for cold winter days and those hot summer days.

Lemon tea
Delicious black tea with a soft lemon touch , ideal for a cold winter afternoons.


  • 1 cup of  hot water 
  • 1 bag of decaf black tea 
  • 2 slices of lemon 
  • Sugar to taste

    Yield: 1 cup

     To make the iced tea follows the same steps as in the above preparation, the only thing that changes is the cup of water per liter and placed more tea bags. 

    Iced Tea
    Refreshing tea with lemon scent, ideal for those hot summer days.


      • 1 liter of hot water
      • 5 bags of black decaffeinated tea 
      • 3 slices of lemon
      • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
      • Sugar to taste
      • 1 cup of ice

      Serve the tea in glasses with ice and garnish with a few lemon slices. If you use limes do you need to considered that the lime is a little more bitter than the lemon and may can need a little more sugar. You can also replace the sugar with honey or stevia.

        Yield: 1 liter
